well I’ve known them since he was 1 year, i’ve told the story in the past about how they were my very first google clients, and how watching him grow up at the same time as cheeks #1 hurts me just as much as if i were his mom as well.  While our sessions have been fewer and further between since he is older now he still humor’s me at the sessions we do have :).  We joke that I will be shooting his high school senior pictures before we know it and clearly I’ll need to brush up on wedding photography some point ha…But in all seriousness his mama and i share a bond, we are navigating this world of raising these two unique and amazing children hitting their stride in the middle years . After i wrote that post she reached out to me and said “you know this is it, he will be taller than me next year and i can’t stop it”.  I know the feeling all too well bc my own 10 year old has legs like a supermodel and I have a mere inch on her for at least another week ha…So i suggested she do a mommy and me mini because i had another round coming up.  she did and the rest in mama heart exploding history…
