Sometimes I still photograph newborn babies
And when I do they seem to have the most amazing and beautiful families! It has been a while since I have gotten to hang out with this family because truth be told they don’t really live near me, but when mom called and asked if i could travel down to their neck of the woods, near Dallas, to meet their new little beauty with he cutest name ever (Molly Larue) how could I say no! I mean y’all do you see her sweet face!? DO you also see how much this sweet little peach is loved?!
Speaking of Newborn Sessions
A few years ago I stepped away from shooting as many newborn sessions because so many of my clients that had been chubby cheek photography newborn superstars had gotten older, they needed their new found toddler freedom captured at their one year cake smash sessions and then of course they all eventually needed all about me sessions . After years of capturing them and their families I am embarking on telling their tween aka middle years stories. I am ready for a new class of chubby cheek photography babies to join the family! I am finally ready to start bringing back the babies y’all, hahahaha!
Bringing back the Babies
but not so much in the traditional sense…when i photograph your newborn baby, I come to your home. me and my camera want to capture you in the place that your family is YOUR FAMILY, the place that defines your days and sleepless nights, the place that swing in the backyard or drink coffee every morning, the place that you eat together, snuggle together and make memories….your home! You don’t need a fancy home that is decorated from the pages of pinterest or instagram nope you just need your sweet little family and whole lotta love! we will strategically place the piles of baby clothes and packages of diapers 😉
