If you are new around here you might not have known but 6 years ago I actually ran a High School Senior Photography business right along side my Child and Family photography studio. It was a separate brand that had it’s own Senior style and website. (it’s no longer running now). The problem was, that the Chubby cheek photography side of the business exploded. I had two babies at home and I couldn’t keep up with two brands. One brand had to go.
My Toddlers are Teens Now
Well, I blinked, and my toddlers are now teens. As my kids have gotten older so have my clients’. The cutie I captured at 3 is now a stunning high school senior at Bridgeland. The details of the squishy newborn I froze 14 years ago, is now a young man stepping into the halls of Tomball Memorial high school. The sweet sugary 1 year old that demolished her 1st birthday cake is not picking out her graduation party food as she graduated from Concordia High school.
My circle of friends AND my clients have gone through the toddler days, the tween changes and we are now entering the final stretch of having our kids at home with us before they head off to college.
I picked up a camera for my kids and kept using it for yours
Running a business alongside living a life is a funny thing. Being a part of capturing family’s moments for so many years means you get to be a part of all of the milestones and special days. It also means I grieve my own kids growing up and YOURS! But this is the bittersweet about what I do! When I say my goal is to be your forever photographer, I mean it! In fact, I have done it! I have been that for hundreds of Houston family’s for FOURTEEN YEARS!
