october was melissa’s month to pick the color, and as any former teacher would she went all “wikipedia” on me and chose cerulean aka blue/green, cobalt, heehee….

melissa said ” october is warm applesauce simmering on the stove, the sweet smell of pumpkin goodies in the oven, and the anticipation of one 3-year-old superhero as he waits all month to say, “trick-or-treat…”
 

shalonda said ” october is when we start drinking HOT coffee again, the mornings start to get chilly and it’s the last month of rising with the sun….soon enough our clocks move back, we wake up in the bright light, and add more blankets to our beds.”
