    hey liz! thanks girl…im not sure this one has had a rough start with the video stuff but i am thinking if its smooth sailing from here on out i might do one more in jan or feb…good luck with the move

I told yall I photographed so many families with newborn boys back in 2008/2009 and they are all senior guys graduating this year! Scroll to the end! But let’s talk senior boy sessions and how every boy walks into their senior session with Ricky Bobby hands ha! Don’t worry mom I’ve got you and him! Boy moms are so fun to work with, plus they follow what to wear guidelines from my PDFs so well!!!! Senior guys show up, take posing/ prompt direction, flash a smile or two and bam we out in less than an hour! If you scrolled you know words fail me! I’ve been photographing this senior since he was born! Funny story, fate and the woodlands pottery barn kids store brought his mom and I together 18 years ago! And as Aggies do, we have been connected ever since! I have captured + celebrated first steps, baby brothers, kindergarten and everything in between with them! It’s the Monday’est of Mondays and Houston Marie i It’s the Monday’est of Mondays and Houston Marie is misbehaving with this weather but SCROLL TO THE END to see what makes 20 years of photographer weather stress and late nights editing photoshoots all worth it to photographers like me! This is just a single snippet of years and years of capturing miss C’s life moments…I have been photographing her since she was a baby but this was her session before she started kindergarten! And now here we are sharing a sneak peek of her senior session before she starts college. I have already had so many full circle moments like this because most of my clients who trusted me back 20 years ago are still with me today. And I think as photographers we don’t tend to let the gravity of what we do and how intertwined our lives are with are clients sink in. As a mom and photographer getting to capture these milestone moments from first steps to stepping on that graduation stage for so many kids and families feels unreal to me! Today, I’m just feeling grateful and thankful for each and every client who has invited me to be a part of their moments.

There is truly nothing I love more than showing pe There is truly nothing I love more than showing people family pics like this and saying … these were taken in Galveston Texas. The jaw drop is my fav! The texas gulf coast in the fall never disappoints! I have been so busy sharing high school senior photos that I haven’t posted many family sessions and a little birdie told me a friend/family member was hoping to see a family session or two (you know who you are ha) sooooooo I’m about to mix it up and toss some amazing family photos on this grid. And I had to start with this beautiful family who roadtripped all the way from Arizona to snag a beach session before their oldest heads off to college!!!! Oh and did I mention this stunning mama is one incredible photographer herself?!
