So here is what I love about this photograph and so many others of yours… you want so desperately to be there. To live on a block where you can sit out with your best gal pals under the stars to watch fireworks light up the sky all while American flags fly high. To be there to watch in their awe and wonderment. You don’t have to see their faces to see the incredible emotion in this shot. You have an incredible way of telling the story, each and every time! Baby… you are a firework!

Random thoughts from a senior mom + some love to t Random thoughts from a senior mom + some love to those families that sacrifice so much for all of ours:

1. Thank you to those that proudly served this country now in the present, in the past and in the future.

2. The biggest lesson I’ve learned over the past two years and going through the senior year lasts with my girls it’s this … TAKE A TRIP IMMEDIATELY AFTER GRADUATION! (Skip the grad party and use the money toward an adventure none of yall will forget) when you’re busy panic packing you don’t have time to keep crying!

Plus as yall know we stopped doing big birthday parties after 10 and let the girls choose a birthday trip or a birthday party (spoiler they always chose trip) So take the trip!

3. Thanks to American girl Grace , addi had been wanting to go to Paris since she was like 10. We added the French Riviera as yall know from my stories because obv we are “beach people”.

Stay tuned to see cam’s choice for this years adventure… it’s not Italy or Greece bc it’s not somewhere we have gone before but it’s in the same region, if you want to toss out a wild guesses

4. I captured these crazy cool pics for Vegas eatery @shookshakery and @lunabrands_ and rumor has it they are about open a brick and mortar store soon!!!! I can’t wait to see. Truly one of my favorite commercial photo shoots to this day!

Words fail me…today is the day. Graduation day for Words fail me…today is the day. Graduation day for my last baby.

I’m not going down the sad senior mom rabbit hole today, I’m smiling, cheering and watching her as she has shown herself how to chase her dreams and move mountains! She did it! All of the late nights, all of the red eye flights from tournaments to head straight to school for a test….she pushes herself past comfortable. Pushes herself when others say she should just sit back and take the easy road. And here she is graduating in the top 2.2% of one of the largest graduating class her huuuuge 6a school has ever had! And headed off to Honors Engineering to the school if her dreams!

SHE DID IT AND I WILL FORVER BE THANKFUL I HAD A FRONT ROW SEAT TO EVERY SECOND.

Stick around in stories as we head off on our next international adventure in a few days!

College decision day came and went for the class o College decision day came and went for the class of 2026! Several high schools in our area have already checked the graduation day box off of their senior year bucket list! Others have a few days left in their countdowns.

We did the wildcat school clap out today through the halls of the elementary, intermediate, and middle schools… talk about tear jerker! Gah at this point the lasts are dwindling down…

If you know a mom to a high school senior, hug her! If you’re a senior hug your own mama a little extra tighter today, trust me she needs it.

Cramming in as many peeks in these squares from co Cramming in as many peeks in these squares from college t shirt minis, decision day, class of 2026 grads and senior sessions as I can before I hard launch our final vacation destination this week!

Lots of questions about our previous trips to Greece, Italy, pair and the French Riviera coming in and I’m answering those as fast as I can too but my saved highlights will def give you tons of tips for your Euro summer trips so be sure to check those out.

Also, no we don’t do big grad parties because have yall met party planner Shalonda?! If you have been around since my girls birthday parties growing you you know me + party 🎊 planning do NOT equal budget … so instead we hop on a plan and head off to a crazy amazing European vacay! I can’t wait to show yall where we are headed this year!!!! Stick around and see in 6ish days. But I have to get through graduation round two and the final 4 days of high school first.

My own Texas A&M University Graduation was a day I My own Texas A&M University Graduation was a day I’ll never forget as I was the first person in all of my extended family to attend and graduate from college. The engineering degree was the cherry on top!

Capturing this gorgeous Aggie’s photos was pretty emotional too since I have been capturing her since she was a kindergarten graduate! My first official full circle client!!! To have been photographing this family’s special moments for so many years is truly humbling! I love them! They have become real friends, I am so proud of this beauty and everything I have watched her accomplish + I can’t wait to see what’s next! Oh and her sister is coming up in the high school senior class of 2027 so eeeeek!

To my clients: Thank you to each of you that has invited me and trusted me to be a part of your family’s most important moments once or over your kids lifetimes. I am forever grateful
