I LOVE BEING A PHOTOGRAPHER IN THE SPRING hahahaha!  it’s just perfect here in texas because we live near a BEACH so duh, saltwater mini sessions are a must, we get the most texas thing of all texas things BLUEBONNETS, and family session are FUN because we aren’t exactly shooting for a Christmas card!  As y’all know a few years ago I launched Happy Place Sessions when this session reignited my love for lifestyle family sessions!  I was reminded that it’s okay for session to be about your families love not about itchy clothes and stiff smiles.

Who needs a Happy Place Session?

well everyone, in my opinion but seriously…If you are wanting something a little unique and a lot of fun then this is the session for you!  If your family would rather single in bed and have sink baths, play games in your yard and jump on your beds, have gator races on your family farm or  bake pancakes in the kitchen   THEN THIS IS THE SESSION FOR YALL!

Well, I’m not so sure about this …

here’s is the thing y’all, real life moments matter, the-everyday- in-between-seconds count…  it’s what your children will remember in 5, 10, 20 years…it’s what they will remember when you are long gone and they have children of their own…That’s why the lifestyle sessions or as i call them “happy place” sessions have become my passion over the last year and will only continue to grow in importance in my heart and in my business!  it’s why albums are not just “an album” but a treasure!

Okay you have convinced me but I don’t want to shoot at our home.

While i think your home is an extension of you and it’s your safe space I understand this mindset so don’t worry.  Y’all I have done Happy Place Sessions, at homes, parks, local museums, the beach …yall the sky is the limit!  You and I will talk and we will decide on a special place for your family, maybe its as simple as painting in your backyard or all piling into your bed for story time and shadow puppets, or your favorite ice cream shop!!  Don’t worry about the details we will work on that together!  Next, I connect you to the AMAZING chubby cheek photography professional stylist, Ashley, and she will perfectly coordinate your family LIKE SHE DID FOR THIS ONE!  Then it’s time to have fun!
